Info from Licensor: "My brother Ray and myself Ruben were doing tree work at our family's apartment complex. As he started cutting, I backed up, knowing something was going to happen. As one end of the 1-ton the tree limb falls to the ground, the other end falls on our lift, destroying it and almost crushing my brother Ray. He landed on the grass on his feet (not shown)."
