He struggled as a young actor, grinding out his craft while working menial jobs, until one day getting his big break. And yet, Stallone’s journey was also very different than most other stars. That’s because in 1970, Stallone said yes to a leading role in what he assumed was a low-budget film, only to find out it was an adult film. He was faced with a tough choice – take the role, be a part of a seedy film or risk starvation on the streets. Stallone took the part, and ended up playing “Stud” in the movie, “The Party ad Kitty And Stud’s.” And while the movie largely disappeared for a while, it had a resurgence both when Stallone became famous for the movie, Rocky, as well as when it was uploaded to the internet decades later.
