This is the amusing moment a pet parrot performed the Michael Jackson moonwalk dance.
Maro, a 16-year-old white-bellied Caique, was spotted walking backwards on the floor in Osaka, Japan, on February 18.
Footage shows the playful bird scurrying with its head tilted downward, mimicking the iconic dance move of the 'King of Pop'.
The moonwalk was popularised by Michael Jackson in 1983 during his Billie Jean performance on the TV special Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever.
Beat It is another popular Jackson song.
The move creates the illusion of gliding backwards while appearing to move forward, becoming Jackson's signature step and an enduring symbol of pop culture.
White-bellied Caiques are known for their boundless energy and playful nature. They are often seen hopping, climbing, and enthusiastically exploring their surroundings.
