Breathtaking footage has emerged from the mountainous terrain of Xinjiang showing a line of lambs putting on an astonishing aerial display in the middle of the bustling Yizhao Highway on July 24.
The scene, straight out of a fairy tale, captures the enchanting moment as the lambs, in a curious blend of discipline and exuberance, bound straight to the heart of the road's yellow centerline. And then, as if rehearsing for a high jump competition, these adorable furballs gracefully leap skywards, clearing what seems to be an invisible obstacle.
Highway users slowed to a standstill, displaying impeccable patience and respect for the little "hurdlers".
