This is the heartwarming moment a girl reunited with her boyfriend after nearly a year apart for his police training.
Doanne Kristett Manhilot, 23, waited until her partner Vince Drexsil Tudtud, 25, finished the Philippine National Police program, during which they were not allowed to use phones inside the camp.
Footage shows Doanne searching for Vince on the field during the ceremony in Cebu province. She screamed, and the pair grasped each other in a tight hug.
Vince burst into tears seeing all his loved ones gather for his special day.
The sweet girlfriend held a bouquet of yellow flowers for Vince, who had successfully completed the courses in the police academy.
Doanne said: 'I went to Macau last year to work, and he started the training. We haven't seen each other since then.
'We have been joining beauty pageants before, and that was how we met.'
The couple of almost three years was joined by their family at the reunion on April 12.
