This is the heartwarming moment a shark showed his softer side while being hugged in an aquarium.
Holidaymakers spotted a diver cuddling with the zebra shark at the Institute of Marine Science at Burapha University in Chonburi, Thailand, on February 2.
Footage shows the worker gently petting the docile aquatic creature, which seemingly rested its head on his chest.
Moments later, the man waved at the visitors before swimming away while carrying the shark.
The filmer said: 'The diver was giving food to the fish when the shark swam toward him.'
In aquariums and controlled environments, zebra sharks often become accustomed to human presence and can be quite interactive and gentle.
