Builder Works Smarter Not Harder

A builder put together a stall by walking with a stepladder - working smarter not harder.

Footage shows the employee balancing on top of the steps and dragging it with him as he moved to hung tarpaulins in Manila, the Philippines.

He did not have to climb down and adjust the tool, making the task quicker and more efficient.

Onlooker John Marvin Ramos said he saw the worker near their booth at SMX Convention Centre on March 18.

John Marvin said: 'The booth was next to us. They took the liberty of occupying the space and even setting up their banners.

'It is cool to see a hardworking employee do their job efficiently.'
