It became immediately apparent that there were two sides to Julie Christie, and these were two sides that the actress was later going to have to reconcile going forth in her Hollywood career. Many say it was Julie’s seven-year-long love affair with Warren Beatty that eventually made her decide to choose artistic integrity over becoming a Hollywood megastar. Though their romantic relationship only lasted for seven years, the two remain friends to this day.
