It seems that Vince McMahon is being investigated for a series of payoffs that he has given to female WWE employees over the years. The incident that sparked the investigation was a rumor that the WWE chairman had given a female paralegal at the company a $3 million settlement in January of 2022. This settlement allegedly came with a nondisclosure agreement, which stipulated that the woman was not allowed to discuss the romantic relationship that she had shared with Vince McMahon. The investigation then went on to show that this was far from being the first of such settlements that Vince had given out over the years.
Though this appears to be the controversy that will finally put the nail in Vince McMahon’s coffin, it’s not the first controversy that the WWE figurehead has been involved in over the years.
