This street food stall is selling mouth-watering Japanese dorayaki pancakes - with shoppers forming long queues every evening.
Footage shows a vendor pouring small amounts of batter onto a flat-top grill to create mini circular pancakes at the Raohe Street Night Market in Taipei, Taiwan.
After a minute, he flips the hotcakes to cook the other side. He then quickly removes the pastries from the grill and places them into a container.
Another staff member spreads different flavours between the two stacked pancakes and packages them into a plastic food box.
Dorayaki is a type of Japanese sweet made of two small pancake-like patties wrapped around a filling of sweet azuki bean paste.
