Tony Bennett is a beloved crooner that has been at it for nearly a century. Just recently, the singer performed two shows at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, alongside his longtime friend Lady Gaga. The two shows were dubbed “One Last Time: An Evening With Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga”. In addition to coming on the cusp of Tony and Lady Gaga’s upcoming second album together, the events also marked the fact that Tony was turning 95.

Although the two Radio City Music Hall performances were given the moniker of “One Last Time”, they weren’t truly supposed to be Tony’s last performances. Tony had rescheduled some events from around the time of the COVID pandemic and was meant to perform them in the upcoming months. However, the doctors have now given Tony the order to cancel those dates, saying that the singer is no longer capable of traveling around to perform.
Because of these orders from the doctor, it appears as if Tony’s two shows alongside Lady Gaga at Radio City Music Hall are truly going to turn out to be the beloved crooner’s last. The singer has maintained strong since the public announcement that he was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease in 2016. While the singer appears to be as healthy as ever on the stage, this is simply a result of his strong memories of singing and performing. Tony can perfectly perform all of his classic songs, but that doesn’t mean that he knows what’s going on around him.
