Watch how this motley corn snake sheds its skin in a bizarrely satisfyingly way.
Footage captured on January 18 shows the serpent, named Al, coursing around its tank leaving his skin behind him exposing brighter colours on his scales.
The filmer said: "He is my only snake, he is about 5 years old, which is about 20 in snake years.
"Although it doesn't hurt him, it does make him anxious and feel vulnerable hence why I didn't film the full shed as the last bit is most stressful.
"He does this every four to six months."
