Amelia Earhart was born on July 24, 1897, in Atchison, Kansas. She was interested in aviation from a young age and took her first flight lesson in 1921. She became the 16th woman to be issued a pilot's license and joined the Ninety-Nines, an organization of female pilots.

She achieved many flying records and milestones in her career. Amelia was the first woman in history to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean, the first person to fly solo from Hawaii to California, as well as the first person to complete a solo flight across both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

She also advocated for women's rights and opportunities in aviation and other fields. She wrote books, gave lectures, taught at Purdue University, and helped form an airline company.

In 1937, she attempted to fly around the world at its widest point near the equator with navigator Fred Noonan. They disappeared on July 2, 1937, near Howland Island, a small island in the Pacific Ocean. Their fate remains unknown despite many searches and investigations.

In this video, we'll be taking a look at the recently discovered scientific evidence that sheds light on what might have happened on Earthart's final flight. Amelia Earhart is remembered as one of the most influential women in history who broke barriers and boundaries for aviation, exploration, and feminism. She inspired generations of people who admired her courage, spirit, and legacy.
