While working from home I noticed a bumblebee landed on my patio and was barely moving. I did a quick search to see what I could do to help and came across a few articles that said you could provide a tired bee with sugar water to boost their energy. So I made the sugar water and poured some close by hoping it would walk over to it. Unfortunately the bee was so exhausted it didnt even try to go for the sugar water. I took a spoon and poured some directly in front of it and it immediately starting drinking it. I gave it as much as it wanted and it just stayed on my patio resting for over 3 hours. In the end, I thought he wasnt going to make it and attempted to pick it up to bring it inside and that was the moment it flew away! I was happy to have been able to help.
