Penny, the lovable 7-year-old beagle bulldog mix, in Youngstown, Mahoning County, adores being in the company of people and has a spoiled streak when put back inside.
She becomes upset and shows her displeasure. Despite her sassiness, she was quickly put back outside, eager to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.
Her mom, Veronica, told Newsflare: "She loves being by people so thats why she wanted to be outside she hates being excluded, but I just wanted to be mindful of our neighbors."
