"I have a baby inside of me," Kadyn tells Blakely, who reacts "where, in there?!"
"I want a sister," Blakely tells her mother.
"Is it gonna tickle me?" asks Blakely in the cutest possible way, wearing a baby Metallica shirt.
"I didn't know you had a baby in there! How did it get in there?" Blakely asks, which draws a hilarious awkward pause from her mother.
