The series had excellent writing and direction, but what really made the show a success was The Married With Children Cast. But it's not just the main cast members who made the show a huge hit! Kim Weiskopf voiced Buck the Dog. He was also a prominent writer and producer with several television credits under his belt. He died in 2009 at the age of 62 from pancreatic cancer.
Kathleen Freeman also had a voice-only role and was also an unseen character. She played "Flo" Wanker, who moved in with The Bundy's after separating from Peggy's father. She was a classic comic actress who passed away in 2001 at the age of 82.
Tim Conway played Ephraim Wanker, Peggy's father. The prolific and versatile actor had an extensive career on television. He passed away in 2019 at the age of 85.
Steve Susskind played Al’s friend Barney in a few episodes. He made a career out of small parts in television and landed several supporting roles in major feature films. He died in 2005 at the age of 62.
Janet Carrol played Gary, Al’s boss. She had a versatile career in film, television, and theater. She died in 2012 at the age of 71.
Diana Bellamy had a prolific career in television and had many minor roles in films. She also played the recurring role of Shirley in Married With Children. She died in 2001 at the age of 57.
