It feels like a scene straight from a Harry Potter film at the Fitzroy Hotel, when the stairs magically disappear to reveal a disabled access lift.
Alexander Vasquez, 26, a marketer from Costa Rica, filmed the video of taking the lift on December 20th, 2021, and the video quickly went viral online.
The 19th century building is located at Russell Square, Bloomsbury, and Alex loves how they've incorporated disability access to fit the aesthetic of the hotel.
