Evan and his girlfriend are at Wissahickon Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania when they come across a tree branch covered in white cotton. Upon closer inspection, the white stuff on the branch is not cotton, but thousands of tiny white insects gathered together. Evan and his girlfriend find out that the small creatures are called Asian Woolly Hackberry Aphid, also known as Shivaphis celti.
