On January 21, 2025, in Beijing, located in northern China, a video captured a woman demonstrating her handmade squishy cat toy, known as Niene Le, a popular stress-relief fidget toy in China.
Wearing transparent gloves, she carefully molded a soft, cat-shaped figure before using a small brush to paint on its eyes, mouth, and other delicate details.
The result was a glossy, lifelike kitten with an irresistibly cute expression. When squeezed, the ultra-soft toy deformed easily but quickly bounced back to its original shape, making it perfect for stress relief.
