Rhonda Shear leads a multi-million dollar business in which she designs lingerie. But even though she has found success in the intimates industry, she wonders what her life would have looked like if she could have been a sitcom actress.

Shear got her start in the entertainment industry, modeling for Playboy magazine when she was in her early 20s. Eventually, she made her way to Los Angeles and appeared in several television shows and B-films. Her most notable credit was playing The Fonz's girlfriend on Happy Days. Unfortunately, that role proved to be short-lived as Shear was fired after agreeing to shoot a commercial for a fried chicken joint on the day of Happy Days rehearsal.

To this day, Shear remains convinced that is was Henry Winkler who got her fired. She maintains that he also destroyed her future prospects of finding success on a television sitcom. Shear says that it has always been her life's dream to become a sitcom star, but now she will never know what would have been like or how it would have altered her life path.

In this video, we'll be hearing Rhonda Shear's side of the story while also seeing what Henry Winkler has to say about her less-than-flattering claims. Once again, however, Winkler flatly denies that he played any part in Shear's dismissal, nor would he have had the authority to do so even if he had wanted to.

Despite the fact that her sitcom career was cut short, Shear went on to find success in Hollywood. She later landed a starring role in the comedy series Up All Night, appearing in more than 450 episodes of the series. Up until 2013, Shear was still making regular appearances on television shows and in films. So, even if Winkler really did hurt her career, as she claims, he didn't totally destroy it.
