Funny video filmed in the city of Xi'an in Shaanxi Province on February 23 shows a man kneading dough while moving his whole body dramatically.
The chef named Chen said that he created the dough-kneading technique himself as he believes that it makes the noodles more chewy and delicious as well as makes his work more interesting.
