Shocking video filmed by Faby Lebranchu shows strips being torn off the roof of a building in Orleans.
The debris is seen flying off from the roof of 120 Prestige Circle, a residential block of apartments, and swirling into the distance. Trees also flap violently in the winds.
Lebranchu captioned the video: "A tornado here! Trees are down and much destruction. Police and firemen have been here all evening. It's been crazy," she wrote on Facebook.
Cleanup efforts are underway in Orleans today. Environment Canada confirmed that a tornado touched down early Sunday evening, local media reported.
There have been no reports of injuries.
