This diver in the Red Sea let a fish inside his mouth to clean his teeth whilst underwater.

Pol Vives opens his mouth and a bluestreak cleaner wrasse wanders in and begins picking at his teeth.

The species of fish eats parasites and dead skin off larger fish.
