According to the filmer, this cool idea was conceived by her and her husband as they happen to be really into Halloween and love giving their kids some thrills.
"The first thing my husband did after we thought of this idea was to search the World Wide Web and there was not one video of such a thing; thats when he said, 'I have to do it,'" Jolene shared with WooGlobe. "He then found a small tricycle and a Chucky doll. He took them to the garage, and found an old, RC truck that he was able to merge with the tricycle."
