In 2012, Chubby and his legal team were dismayed to discover that his name was being used for a new app on the Palm platform without his consent. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the app wasn’t exactly a wholesome one. It was a spoof app that purported to be able to tell a man’s penis size, by entering his show size. Obviously, while the authors of the app were doing it in good fun, and were likely trying to make a buck off of the burgeoning app business, Chubby was not pleased that his name was being used for such a salacious purpose. In this video, we’re going over what happened with the lawsuit he filed against Hewlett-Packard, and how he fought to clear his name from the most unusual of trademark infringements.
