A wild baboon jumped into an open car window and stole a bunch of bananas from the dashboard.
Tinah Rwanyegamo, 27, was travelling through Kibale Forest, Uganda, on December 14 when a trio of primates appeared in the road at the side of them.
Hilarious footage which has been viewed more than 500,000 times shows one of the baboons leap in through one of the back windows before climbing over the gearstick.
Having grabbed a bunch of bananas from the dashboard, the baboon then moved back into the vehicle forcing Tinah to open the door and get out.
Tinah said: It was a shock to all of us, we were so scared at the moment we all didnt know what to do.
There were many more outside the car so we were all scared about moving out to let it out. It decided to sit on my friends lap. I was the only one who decided to move out and open for it.
The baboon jumped in because of the bananas that were on the dashboard. After being in the car for 15 minutes, it took them all and left.
My village is a tourist spot place with many interesting species, but the baboons will follow you around everywhere.
