Monae looks out her apartment window in Brooklyn, New York and sees one of her neighbors tossing clothes off the balcony. She looks down and sees a huge pile of clothes already scattered on the sidewalk and trees. The neighbor can be heard yelling and screaming at someone while throwing away the clothes.
