An adorable puppy walks into his five-year-olds bedroom every night to make sure hes sleeping safely before going to bed himself.
When Justin Heck noticed his new puppy Chevy walking past the room where he sleeps at home in Grand Blanc, Michigan, USA, he wondered what was happening.
After checking the camera in son Wyatts bedroom, adorable footage shows the five-month-old goldendoodle-cross walking up to the side of the bed and looking at his brother.
Now every night, Chevy will wander into Wyatts room and check he is safely and happily asleep before heading to bed himself next door in Justins bedroom.
Justin said: We both thought it was super sweet and cute. We were super proud and happy because we adopted Chevy for Wyatt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to have more children and for that reason we wanted Wyatt to have a companion.
We are both overjoyed that they love each other so much. Wyatt called him Chevy because he loves cars so much.
Pretty much every night with a few exceptions. Sometimes he knows our son is gone to his grandparents and on those days he does not check.
We first noticed that he did this starting late October. Our room is next to Wyatt's and we noticed Chevy would walk past our room where he sleeps and go into Wyatt's room.
We started checking the camera to see what he was doing and noticed he was checking on Wyatt before coming back to our room and getting in his bed.
