Robert Z’Dar was best known as being the titular antagonist of Maniac Cop and its two sequels. Some actors may not have realized that the character’s massive jawline was actually a result of Robert’s cherubism. Besides the three films in the Maniac Cop series, Robert appeared in over 100 features. His most high-profile role was in the 1991 box-office flop Mobsters, which also starred Christian Slater.

The condition is caused by tumorous growths and made both of the actors appear giant.
