The episode begins with Mickey driving home in his car only to suddenly break down near a cemetery. Mickey checks his car's engine to find the radiator cap open and steaming with it coughing in his face. Mickey grabs his tool kit in the trunk and finds a very small wrench which doesn't fit on the cap.
