For all Nvidia graphic card owners who struggle to connect Moonlight or your Shield tablet to the pc "Geforce Experience" (I use Windows 10) application after installing moonlight.
For example, moonlight could not find the PC host, i struggled for hours until i found a perfect solution using the firewall and allowing 2 Nvidia files to be added to the firewall.
I can now finally play steam games (and Origin, Uplay as well) on my ipad via moonlight.
ADDITIONAL FIX: If you are missing the nvstreamer.exe file (as it was missing as well first): -Uninstall Geforce experience -Kill all process related to Nvidia in the task manager (CRTL+ALT+DEL) -and immediatly delete the complete Nvidia folder in: C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation. Dont worry the GPU drivers will remain. -Download the latest version of Geforce Experience 3.11 from the official website (or if you already have it), re-install it fresh.
My specs: i5 6600K, GTX 1050 Ti, 16GB Ram, windows 10 1709.
