This is the heartwarming moment a disabled man working out receives a kind note from an unknown person training at the gym saying how inspiring his motivation is.
Tim Mason from Hartford, Connecticut, US, was born in Russia with one arm and no legs. His biological mother was exposed to the Chernobyl disaster radiation. The 26-year-old man was adopted by an American family at the age of 3.
Tim, an inspirational star on TikTok with over 268,000 followers, shares videos of his gym sessions to fight stereotypes and motivate others with limb disabilities.
On March 23, something special happened to him.
"I was working out and someone left a kind note on my wheelchair while I was on the treadmill", he said. Tim also explained that that night he didn't feel so confident.
The note said: "Hi! I don't know you (and didn't want to interrupt your workout!), but I just wanted to say seeing you today made my day. Your motivation, drive, and confidence to come to the gym is inspiring to me. Keep being amazing and pursuing your goals!"
