SUV narrowly misses collision with toppling tree

An SUV narrowly missed a collision with a toppling tree in central China.

Video filmed in the city of Xuchang in Henan Province on June 21 shows a large tree at the roadside toppling over, leaning towards the expressway.

It fell dangerously close to the path of the unsuspecting SUV, threatening a disastrous high-speed crash.

Recognising the impending danger, the SUV driver slammed the brakes just in time, bringing the SUV to a halt mere inches from the fallen tree.
