This is the shocking moment a biker speeding along a pavement almost collided with two young boys on a footpath in Elsenham, Essex.
Footage captured by Newsflare member Knelstrom's Ring camera on June 15 shows the motorist riding a great speed along the pavement.
According to Section 72 of the Highway Act 1835, it is an offence to ride a vehicle on the pavement.
A woman who spots the biker approaching shouts, "Stop," but the motorcyclist ignores her warning and zooms past the family, missing them by a few feet.
Thankfully, no one was injured in the close call.
