Jacob is driving down a highway in Manhattan, New York at night when he sees a loose dog running amongst the traffic. A driver stops his car and gets out to run after the dog. Unfortunately the dog is too fast and he is unable to catch it. Luckily another driver further ahead stops the car and is able to catch the scared pup.
