The two friends set up a camera to capture their stretches when the lively pooch started running in circles around them, evading its owner's attempts to retrieve it.
The adorable intruder even playfully scampered on their backs as they lay on their stomachs doing exercises.
Eventually, the owner managed to take the dog away, leaving the friends amused by the delightful interruption to their exercise session.
