This bird's-eye view footage shows a macaw flying over homes with its owner's camera.
The parrot named Paw took to the skies over Semarang City in Central Java, Indonesia, after its caretaker Lius Hanzen attempted to attach the device to its body.
Its feathers ruffled, the pet flew over houses in the neighbourhood, with the camera capturing an overhead view of the area.
Paw then alighted on a wall near Lius's home before taking off again and landing on a car a few blocks away.
Lius said: 'I was trying to attach the camera to Paw's body, but he was uncomfortable and wouldn't stand still. There was still a three-metre-long rope attached to his foot.
'Before I even securely put the camera on, he flew away with it attached only by a small magnet.
'Fortunately, Paw returned, but he was quite angry and didn't want to be touched for a few days.'
Lius said the incident happened on August 16 last year while he was tying to attach his GoPro camera to the bird.
