This heartwarming video shows a police sergeant from the Sarasota Police Department in Florida, USA, helping a family of ducks safely reach a nearby pond on March 29.
The footage shows Sergeant Schafer escorting the flock of ducks to the pond at Payne Park after they visited the police headquarters. The video has since gone viral, with more than 5,200 views on Facebook.
The department issued a statement saying that there's no such thing as a typical day as a Sarasota Police officer and that they were delighted to see their officer helping out the ducks.
