The movie in question is the iconic 'Lady and the Tramp.' The pup, named Koda, appears to be beyond invested in it and decides to sit down to properly enjoy it.
However, he doesn't appear to be a big fan of how it abruptly starts raining in the scene. That is when he gets up and starts walking around.
